FRANCO DE PENA
Was born on the 25th March ,1966. Studied film directing at the Polish National Film, Television and Theatre School in Łódź (1994 – 1998).
As a director and screenwriter he has made several fiction films (“My First Time”, “Shadow”). Amongst his artistic achievements there are documentaries and features, which were awarded at many international festivals. The film “ Wind’s Whispers” has won as many as eleven festival prizes, whereas ”The Future of an Illusion” has been awarded six times. His feature debut – „Amor en concreto” has been awarded four times, and his next feature film „Your Name is Justine” – 10 times.
